Hello Community,
I'm hoping someone can help me with some issues we are having creating a chatbot using Watson.
We have a volunteer helping our organization to create a chatbot, and she has reported trouble saving intents and dialog nodes. It seems the intents and nodes autosave one day, but the next day they no longer appear listed, and she has to start all over again.
Currently, we are working under the Lite plan. I should also note that our volunteer is traveling at the moment. Could these problems have anything to do with geo-restrictions? Has anyone come across a similar issue?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
