Hi Mohammad, Here is the process for engaging IBM SWAT team.
CSM: To engage the CPD Upgrade SWAT Team, please do the following:
- Working with the client to open a CSP (Salesforce) case either using the CSP Console or IBM Support. Use the following:
-> Product = "Cloud Pak for Data"
-> If using the CSP Console, then also include the Support Mission "Cloud Pak for Data"
-> The title must include CP4D_UPGRADE
-> Severity of the case needs to be either 3 or 4
- Copy/paste the Must Gather Info (see below) and fill in info. Refer to the CP4D Questionnaire page for more details on what/why/how to collect the info.
- Submit the case
- CPD Upgrade SWAT team will contact and coordinate with CSM (provided in the "Must gather" info) to discuss further on logistics, planning, and preparation steps. The CPD Upgrade SWAT team will NOT directly engage the client; communication will be in partnership with the CSM and other IBM teams supporting the client.
- Once SWAT team completed and verified the upgrade, then SWAT team is to update the GIT issue with a one line such as "CP4D upgrade completed, Support please close the case".

i had an issue with CP4D, after days of troubleshooting, we found that the OCP cluster version is outdated
the support asked us to book the IBM SWAT team to perform the upgrade free of charge
i searched everywhere to find a way to contact this team with no luck
