How to remove a Channel?

  • 1.  How to remove a Channel?

    I have a simple question. 
    Once we added the Phone or SMS or other channel,  how do we remove it?  E.g. in here, I actually don't want the Phone anymore, and only want SMS.  How do I remove the Phone integration from this page?  Thanks.

    Hi! If you go to the integrations catalog (bottom left of navigation bar), you can click on the 3 dots of an integration tile and delete it. The only integration that can't be deleted is web chat
