I cannot read your text description.  But from the title and the  video snippet, I think I can gather the gist of the problem.  It looks like you are running IBM SPSS Statistics for macOS.  You are showing the "Analyze -> Dimension Reduction"  menus and it appears that you are missing both "Correspondence Analysis" and "Optimal Scaling".  Both of these procedures are part of the Categories module.  This module is part of the IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.1.0 Standard Edition.  If you are using IBM SPSS Statistics Subscription, then the Categories module would be part of the "Sampling and Testing" Add-On ("Add-on C" from the pricing chart)

So the first thing I'd suggest is to make sure you have the correct modules licensed.  Do this from the SPSS Statistics Syntax Editor Window.  Run the "SHOW LICENSE." command.

If you have the correct modules licensed, but still do not see your menu items, then I'd  guess there is a permission problem or other corruption specifically in your toolbars.  For that, see Technote 522345
