    I have signed up for a subscription to IBM Watson Text to Speech Library for Embed. 
    Have with me entitlement key. 


    Next, it is mentioned: 

    Once you have obtained your IBM Entitled Registry entitlement key, run the following command to allow Docker to access the images:

        docker login cp.icr.io --username cp --password <entitlement_key>

    My query is where is the console to run the above command.

    Also, in addition to paste entitlement key within <entitlement key>, do I need to paste my IBM username with docker login cp.icr.io --username cp --password <entitlement_key>.

    Suppose my IBM username is admin@techcosec.co.uk and password abcdef. Then:

    docker login cp.icr.io --techcosec@co.uk --abcdef <entitlement_key>
