  • 1.  Confusion Matrix in MultiLayer Perceptron

    Posted 27 days ago

HI. I was using SPSS's multi-layer perceptron, but in the output, I couldnt see anyway to create a confusion matrix and other measures of accuracy.

Can someone show or type how to use the output to compute a confusion matrix. I prefer the matrix to a ROC curve BTW.

    Hi @Steve Wong

I searched our online documentation for "confusion matrix" and came back with these two "hits":

    • https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/SSLVMB_29.0.0/statistics_casestudies_project_ddita/spss/tutorials/plum_germcr_classification.html

Given the definitions here, wouldn't the "Classification results" be the table you are looking for?

Thanks Dave. I think this might do it.

I used R in the past and got the result immediately after

This is one more step, but at least its there and I don't have to program as much
