watsonx Assistant

Hello, 

I am looking for a way to onboard new users on a new platform developed with Salesforce (show the main features of the platform and the global functioning by highlighting button/tab/...).  We will use Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery and Watson X in our project. 

For Watson Assistant, I saw the following feature : "Guiding customers with journeys" which seems match with our need.

However, I saw this sentence : This beta feature is available for evaluation and testing purposes but should not be used in production environments. Journeys require web chat version 6.9.0 or later.

Does it mean that it is really impossible to use it on production environment ? Why ? Do you know other features of Watson Assistant that could provide a great experience to onboard new users on a new platform/website ?

That statement is a standard message on all WA Beta features. For Journeys, it is indicative of the fact that we are looking to improve the authoring experience for non-technical users. If you're comfortable with the limitations listed at the bottom of the page here, you are welcome to use the feature for your use case.
