Great article from BCG around Generative AI adoption for FSM!
As part of the teams that recently delivered 3 Proof-of-Concepts for 3 different FSM clients, I'm seeing that:
- Clients are interested in investing for the long-term potential. Although the PoCs may address the medium term pain points, the final solution that we anticipate for scaling and deployments are in the long-term categories.
- The range of our use cases right now are in the dark green and blue categories - because well... there are TONS of considerations that companies are not too thrilled about using LLMs (hallucinations, data privacy & security, indemnification, etc.). Btw, this is also what makes Granite models become attractive
