I tried to install the new ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio 20.10 on two different Macs (10.15.4 and 10.15.7). At the first sight, the installation seems to work (it only runs for a second). Checking the /Applications/CPLEX_Studio201/ folder, I notice it only contains a log file for the failed installation. You can find it in the attachments.

It's exactly the same error message on both Macs:

Product Installer: Status: FATAL ERROR Additional Notes: FATAL ERROR - The installer has failed due to an unhandled exception java.awt.IllegalComponentStateException: The frame is decorated

Since the installers for previous versions run without any problems, I guess the macOS installer for 20.10 is broken. 

Is this a known problem? Really appreciate any help.

suggestion is to revert to light mode, maybe this will work !
