Good day to this community,
In this post I want to share my words of the Quantum Summit event, for me, it was a great experience, because in addition to knowing the processes that are being generated day by day, also we have the opportunity to watch good conversations of the quantum experts in the field.
It's interesting how they work, what are the main topics focused and where this area is headed.
I would like to attach the road map that displays the achievements within the past years and the challenges ahead for coming years.
It is clear that development comes together with performance, quantum computing is comprised of Scale, Quality, and Speed, the three metric keys to measure the performance of quantum computers.
Within the framework of discovering and innovating, it's very emotional to observe prototype developments admiring the final results, a new release of the quantum system eagle is capable of speed-up 100x faster the Q applications on the IBM Cloud, proving major progress on coherence times, better gate fidelity and less noisy error.
Was great to meet the IBM quantum installations and see the IBM Quantum System One, where we see through the partnership countries like Germany, Japan, Seoul, South Korea, comments about use cases and learning. Understanding with this the interest by the countries to create a development environment in the field of science and quantum computing for a better future, managing to take advantage of this transformation to solve in the same way questions to problems that may not have been formulated before.
