Migration from what to what?  AIX to Linux?  WebSphere 8.5.5 to WebSphere 9.0.5?

What is the target for this migration? Another AIX, IBM Cloud or another Cloud?!

Depending on the target you can have different tools. For instances, for AWS you have AWS Application Discovery Service. For Azure, you use Azure Migrate Service and App Service Migration Tool. For IBM Cloud or WebSphere version-to-version migration or Liberty modernization you have WebSphere Application Server Migration Toolkit.

The best tool for assessing your existing applications, with an eye to modernizing either to a later version of tWas or to Liberty is to use Transformation Advisor
