    i have storewize v7000 gen2, i update the first node  from service assistant and the next step is to update the second node and here is the problem ...

    the node didn't updated and i can't access the service web console and it is not pinging 

    before update the two nodes were at the service status and the updated node is set to be candidate and the second node can't be accessed by any way 

    is there is any one can give me some support 
    it is acritical task and i can't do any thing and i never face any problem like that

    did you check 2nd nodes lights blinking? insert a fat32 formatted usb stick to 2nd node's usb ports wait for 1 min and insert into your computer and check for the results.html file to check node status

    What code level are you updating from / to ?
     a 2076-524 is End of Service and cannot be updated beyond 8.4.0.11.
    Current upgrade test utilities should stop you from from updating to 8.4.0.12 or .13

    If you attempted to update to either 8.4.0.12 or 8.4.0.13 the node will need to be replaced.
     I recommend opening a Case with IBM support, if that is the case.
