The IBM Storage Technical Client Council is a client-driven transformation project enabling continuous refinement of all IBM Storage products within the Storage portfolio and IBM Storage Support.
The world-wide group of end-users collaborate, focusing in the areas of:
- Storage product features and functions
- Product usability, reliability, serviceability, and availability
- IBM Technical Service and Support
The Storage TCC is comprised of about 50 IBM customer members. If you are an IBM Storage customer and you are interested in membership, please contact Kyle Cline (kcline@us.ibm.com).
In addition to this community, the Storage TCC members connect in a bi-weekly member meeting, quarterly conferences with the IBM Storage executive leadership team, and a private #Slack channel with IBM Developers and Support.
