    Hello,

I want to create SMF Record Type 14(6) report. I had previously created the type 42(1) report using the icetool utility. When I working on type 42(1), I saw offset numbers on MVS System Management Facilities (SMF) document. but this numbers did not match offset numbers in our systems. For example:

SMF42TNA offset value is 0 in the SMF documents. But I use in our system 101.

HEADER('SMF42TNA') ON(101,4,BI) is my JCL code. This situation same other types. What is the reason of differences. Could you help me please?

14 is a very old type, so offsets should be fixed  (i have not checked mapping macros - saw mail now and replied. - caan check later).  The newer types have variable length sections, so offsets are not fixed.
