    Hi all,

I have an IBM storwize V3700 Model 2072 24C that after a Recovery System gives me the message Preparation Status: Prepare failed Cannot identify most recent quorum disk. I have tried to recovery the system but unsuccessful. Do you have ever encounter this issue? Any ideas? The two nodes are in candidate state and the configuration node is down so i can't use the command line. Thank you in advance,

I have sent capture error in attachfile.

    Dear Dulma,

What has happend prior you started to recover the system? Is there data on the Storage, that has to be saved?
I have a procedure to restet the whole machine to factory default, if you need, but loosing all the data.
I have done a reset many times, for we lend our Hardware to partners in the past.

    kind regards Martin

    Hi Apidesh,
    - is there any nodes display error code 550 or 578?

    Hello Apidesh,

the system most likely encountered a power outage and did automatically "Rescue Node" on both nodes so only manual T3 can help in this situation. You can check under in Service GUI under "Collect logs" if there is a file which is called something like "rescuelogs". if yes, then only Manual T3 can help to retrieve the data on system.
