How to resolve errors in eventlog

    Hi,

I just upgraded our Storwize cluster to Spectrum Scale 5.1.1.2. Everything is healthy, but there are a few unresolved events in the eventlog, that make the cluster status appear to be degraded for one node.

    # mmhealth cluster show ces Component Node Status Reasons ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CES node1-gpfs FAILED ctdb_down,smbd_down,ctdb_state_down

But the smb service on node1 is healthy and working.

    # mmhealth node show smb Node name: node1-gpfs Component Status Status Change Reasons ------------------------------------------------------------ SMB HEALTHY 15 hours ago - There are no active error events for the component SMB on this node (node1-gpfs).

The event in the eventlog cannot be resolved manually. So what can I do to get a healthy cluster state?

    After running

    # mmchconfig release=LATEST

the problem disappered and the cluster is healthy again.
