Check if the controller replacement has affected the WWPNs of the FC ports. If so you will need to update the zoning.
Verify that the clients can see paths from both controllers.
From storage level you can check the path statuses.As the storage sw version is unknown I suggest CLI commands to try:lsportiplsfabricor/and at switch level check the zoning members online status also.

The same are derived from the system-wide VPD (vital product data)"From my experience with V5100: Replacing one controller yes it does change the WWPN for that node. I had to keep up at SAN alias level.Regards,
