Unable to connect to Agileapps after installation

    Product/components used and version/fix level: Agileapps 10.13.15

    Currently, we’re trying to setup a new instance to address some issue.

    In relational.logs -

    ERROR com.es.custom.cache.CacheUtils [] - org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot load JDBC driver class 'com.mysql.jdbc.Driver'

ERROR com.es.relationals.RelationalApplicationManager [] - Error occurred in getting ISVData null
