    Welcome to the new and improved IBM Business Analytics community! I am your community manager (you can also find me over in the Data Science community), and I look forward to supporting this group by monitoring feedback and questions, providing useful information and tools, and building out a vibrant ecosystem for users to get access to courses and education, share ideas and use cases, ask for advice, and troubleshoot. ​

    Group Discussions: As the primary function for community, we invite all of our members to use the discussion board as a place to introduce yourselves, share some background on your experience, ask any questions or advice to other members and experts, or put out a call to action. Since we're brand new, I encourage everyone to reply to this thread with a brief introduction and how you've engaged with IBM Business Analytics or intend to.

    Share your ideas: Submit product feedback and ideas to our aha! page, and vote on other ideas. Our team will monitor the thread and you'll have the chance to join us in brainstorming implementation. 

    You'll also see a leaderboard on the left side of the home page. Earn points for every post that you contribute to or even read. There are plenty of achievement badges to collect!

    Hello Christina, its nice to meet you. My name is Benjamin, I also go by Ben so either is fine. I'm hoping to learn enough to start using IBM Business Analytics to increase engagement and improve key metrics. I don't know enough yet to accomplish this right now but that's why its great to have education forums like this. Looking forward to learning more here and thank you for the info and support!

A few of our OMs have introduced themselves over in another thread, and there are a ton of great resources to dig into across the community. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to reach out to any of us. I also highly recommend taking a look through the events page and registering for some of our upcoming webinars or taking a look at few of the past - great education and training from experts, including specific use cases!
