    Hello Cognos experts,

    use case:
    * consumers enter CA11 and should see content from a nested subfolder only

    In C8 and C10 we restricted access and first entry to a subfolders via  
    ./templates/ps/system.xml
    <!-- Specify the base navigation root for consumers. -->
    <param name="consumer-root">/content/folder[@name='MIF_QueryStudio']/folder[@name='MIF_QueryStudio neu (3.1)']</param>

    According to this document it worked well except for Cognos Office Connection:
    Consumer-Root in Public | IBM Data and AI Ideas Portal for Customers

    In CA11 we see that settings in system.xml are not respected and users always see "/content" as entrypoint.

    Tested with CA11.0.5, CA11.15+7 and CA11.2.0. Result: folder is always "/content" and not the subfolder.

    Any hints on how to achieve limiting the entry-folder in CA11.2?

    Really hope that I missed something and that this is not a bug.
