As a developer, you can use the IBM Cognos Mashup Service (CMS) to create applications that use a structured view of IBM Cognos outputs as input. CMS allows you to develop applications that expose IBM Cognos outputs, such as reports and analyses, as Web services (both SOAP and REST).
