    Hi there. Currently (2024), is the future direction of IBM to use only actions?

    We are trying to design a chatbot and am trying to figure out if we should avoid dialog mode. Kinda new to this, but actions seem to be very pointed step by step question/answer. But with Dialog, there are intents and entities but so much more complicated.
