  • 1.  Urgent! SPSS Trial License Verification Failed

    I'm seeing this error message when I try and log in to my IBMid for my trial license of SPSS. I need to access this trial so my company can decide which subscription we need for our team ASAP. Thank you. image

    If this issue is happening for you with some other SPSS product than IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0.2.0, then please see this Flash Alert from December 2023.
    For Statistics 29.0.2.0, follow the link in the error window and be sure to enable 'stats.exe' , 'spssengine.exe' and 'java_helper.exe' in your local firewall.
