    I've been trying to install the software, but "download" button at Skillbuild Software Downloads doesn't redirect me for downloading. When I tried to manually initiate IBM Download Director, it gave me error of JAVA. I installed the latest version of JAVA, but JAVA prompt screen is popping up when I double click on install file and disappearing in a second.
    First, I thought it might be happening perhaps the file is trying to be opened at older version and thus creating conflict between old JAVA and a new one which I installed recently. I deleted old JAVA but still problem is not solved. Please instruct me further

    Hello Bekzod

    Normally you should have a choice between using Download Director or downloading directly over https. 

    Can you please send a screenshot of what you see when you click the "download" button? 

    Also, can you please provide details of your academic institution?
