  • 1.  Stuck on sign in after opening

    Hi, I just started the trial and after opening, the program is stuck on a blank sign in page. So I cannot sign in or do anything else. Quitting and re-opening did not help. (Mac)

    Hi Kalathur (and all the other Windows user who posted in reply to the MacOS user's request),

    You may want to check the following link, there are a few steps and you could even try using a clean boot:
    SPSS Statistics doesn't open and seems frozen on the splash screen (ibm.com)

    Instructions from Microsoft on performing a clean boot:
    How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support

    If you have any further issues, please raise a new post to avoid confusion as there could be many different local environmental issues preventing the Java browser from starting, including but not limited to antivirus, firewall, group policy, etc. The suggested links above will normally get you up and running but you will likely still need to resolve your underlying issue on your system.
