I'm encountering an issue with accessing the SPSS subscription trial and I'm hoping someone here might be able to help me out.
Here's a quick rundown of the problem:
- I downloaded the Windows x64 version of SPSS.
- Despite following all instructions, I can't access the subscription trial.
- After logging in with my IBMid, I'm greeted with a warning message stating, "Your IBMid does not have an IBM SPSS Statistics subscription. Please go to the IBM Marketplace to buy a monthly subscription."
- Checking my IBM dashboard, the software is listed, but it's marked as "Activation in Progress," even though I've already completed the activation process and downloaded the executable file.
