What OS are you using? MS preempted the alt+spacebar gesture in Win 11, but you can do shift+right click on the SPSS Taskbar icon to bring up the system menu for the active window and then use Move to get it back on screen.
Another possibility is to click the TaskView icon; then right click on an SPSS window and choose from the menu that appears.

Hi, I have this same issue. The mentioned solution doesn't work for me. Other dialog windows do open, it is only for custom tables that it doesn't run.

Sometimes a dialog gets off screen, especially if you have multiple monitors. If you are on Winows, try this. Use the menu to theoretically open the dialog. Then do Alt+spacebar. That should bring up the System menu, and you can click Move and use the cursor keys to move it back into view.
Alternatively you can use Window > Reset Dialogs and Positions.
