    Hi,
    I see that 14.10.xC8 is available for download only on fixcentral (not on PA). But, I can't find any licence installation file there.
    Any hints?

    You can also download it from the Trials and Time Limited site but the only license files there are the Developer Edition installer and the Enterprise Time Limited installer.

    Thank you Art. But, there are some problems as well:
    Enterprise time limited is trial version (90 days) and filename is innovator (ie) - the same file when you download Innovator installer
    Who can alert IBM about that?

    I believe I found reason why there was wrong file - I did not think twice as page suggest :) :)
