    Hello Everyone,

    We tried to create ISO for management subsystem but getting below error

    "Error: failed to install the subsystem: Failed to verify version: rpc error: code = Unavailable desc = connection error: desc = "transport: Error while dialing dial tcp 218.93.250.18:9178: i/o timeout""

    Hi Akshay,
    We first need to understand what is  218.93.250.18:9178?
    Is this an IP and port you are specifying during the build of your ISO?

    During creation of the ISO files, have you specified your host names as fully qualified host names? AFAIK IP addresses won't work.

    It looks like apicup is trying to connect management subsystem, but port is closed

    Check firewall requirements at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/api-connect/10.0.x?topic=deployment-firewall-requirements-vmware

    • 9178 (inbound and outbound) API server, for API Connect apic daemon communication. Used for communication over TCP from between servers, both within the same subsystem and across different subsystems. Also used for communication between the apicup configuration utility and servers.
