    Hello Team,

    We don't have password for cloud manager console, we have only username for cloud manager console. so is any option to reset password for cloud manager console on UI.

    Hi Akshay,

    It depends, if you successfully logged in before. And is Email address used before still accessible. 

    If email address not accessible, you can't get back. As in Apim DB password stored might be hashed.

    But check from IBM Labs team. If possible any other way.

    We have email address but unable to see forgot password option in API Manager & new user option in Provider organization. Can you suggest us how we can reset password for API Manager?
