Don't think so
but you may find this IBM zOS Connect FAQ useful in understanding about OpenAPI3
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/zos-connect/zos-connect/3.0?topic=introduction-faqs
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/zos-connect/zos-connect/3.0?topic=concepts
In summary, zOS Connect OpenAPI2 and OpenAPI3 both provide a way to create REST APIs to access CICS/IMS/Db2 on zOS
OpenAPI2 GUI runs in Eclipse on Windows only
OpenAPI3 GUI is called the designer and is a container that can run on x86 or s390 ( even zCX on zOS )
The OpenAPI3 designer provides many functions you can use to do data manipulation, the older OpeAPI2 GUI cannot do this
If you are a new site for zOS Connect, you should use OpenAPI3

Subject: OpenAPI2 vs OpenAPI3
Hi everyone,
Different versions of OpenAPI v2/v3 have different z/OS Connect features and tools.
Is there a matrix that shows these differences at a glance?
Thanks in advance.
Rest regards,
