    Hi,

     

    your model is not feasible. When I run it in the IDE I get a relaxed solution.

    If I run it with oplrun, I get no solution.

    Hi,

     

    you should rewrite

     ( Xijv ==1)  then  F[i][v] + item (TIJ,<i.i,j.j>).temp <= F[j][v];

    into something like

     ( Xijv ==1)  =>  (F[i][v] + item (TIJ,<i.i,j.j>).temp <= F[j][v]);
