  • 1.  macOS Installer vor CPLEX 20.10 not working.

    I tried to install the new ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio 20.10 version on two different Macs (10.15.4 and 10.15.7). At the first sight, the installation seems to work (it only runs for a second). Checking the /Applications/CPLEX_Studio201/ folder, I notice it's only containing a log file for the failed installation:

    The error message is identical on both Macs. Any ideas? I guess there's something wrong with the java installer...

    PS: The installer for version 12.9 runs without any problems on both Macs.

    Still no reaction after 5 days? I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I can't log into the CPLEX Community / IBM Data Science Community to make a post there (nothing happens after clicking the 'join / login' button...). And since I am an academic user, I don't have access to talk to an agent via the support chat...

    Would really appreciate any reaction from the support team. At least that they become aware of the problem.

    I asked support and no version of CPLEX is supported on Big Sur right now.

    Just for the log, it looks like switching to light mode fixed your issue.
