I am attempting to install and configure the `Rcplex` R package, which depends on CPLEX. I am only able to use the no-cost community edition. I am having problems installing the `Rcplex` R package with `R CMD INSTALL` with CPLEX Optimization Studio Community Edition version 22. Given that `Rcplex` has been tested on CPLEX 12, and not on CPLEX 22 to my knowledge, I need to find a Linux installer for the no-cost community edition of CPLEX 12. Thank you!

Rcplex 0.3-7 works with the full version of CPLEX 22, so I assume it will work with the community edition. I wrote a couple of blog posts (this one in 2020 and this one in 2021, updated this past April) that might shed some light. FYI, I installed on Linux Mint.
