I am trying to access the IBM Academic Initiative website to download the IBM CPLEX Academic Version, but I keep encountering the following error: "The page you requested cannot be displayed. 503: Service Unavailable."

I have tried clearing my browser cache, using different browsers, and accessing the page at different times, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem? My address is 22028132@vnu.edu.vn

Same problem here. The link you provided leads to the academic initiative page. I am selecting Data Science. Click the download CPLEX link, and then either nothing happens or you get an error message "cannot open the page". Tried both Chrome and Safari, Incognito mode, turned off ad blockers, etc.

I  have the same issue as well. I had to make an account with my gmail to download the free version. However, it turns out that I need an older version which I cannot access unless I have an academic license. 

I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me. My academic email is matias.quiroz@uts.edu.au.
