    Hello,

    I'm having problems for downloading ILOG Cplex Studio in de IBM Academic Initiative website. I've tried with different browsers, operating systems and disabling pop-up blockers and I always receive the same message when clicking on the link to download any of the products offered under the Academic Initiative, not just ILOG Cplex Studio: "Requested resource is currently unavailable, please try again later!"

    Links appear to be broken, I've tried several times for the last week.

    I'd appreciate any help.

    Me too!

    What's different is that I have downloaded COS 12.9 under the Academic Initiative in 2019. When I tried to download the latest version of COS, the Academic Initiative system told me that 'Your access to the IBM Academic Initiative has expired.' and asked me to recertify. However, the recertification process never works. I have been trying to recertify the Academic Initiative for months. Every time I got the same error message 'Update failed. Please try again later.' (Before IBM updated the Academic Initiative system/website, I got the same error message 'Something went wrong. Please try again.' for months.)

    Is there something wrong with my account? I'd appreciate any help.
