    When are we going to see a full-fledged new ICD service portal style? Users complain about the GUI being outdated. The versions until now lacked the quality to release this to an end-user community.

    Is there any ongoing development happening? Recent versions of ICD have only see minor modifications and bug fixing, while competitors extend their coverage.
