    run on a server works with CPLEX Enterprise Server : http://www-01.ibm.com/software/commerce/optimization/cplex-enterprise-server/

    but you have also DO in the cloud : https://www.ibm.com/marketplace/cloud/decision-optimization-cloud/us/en-us

    which provides a seamless cloud experience.
