  • 1.  CPLEX has "Building workspace"

    Dear all, 

    I am using OPL CPLEX 12.9  for my Optimization problems. And when I open CPLEX, this problem has happened: 

    "The user operation is waiting for "Building workspace" to complete. 

    Why did it happen and how can I solve this? I have waited lots of time about this case.

    right now it looks like this.
