We're trawling our data sources for Cost Transparency Apps & Services layers. I'm looking primarily in our ServiceNow CMDB.

Has anyone come across a more helpful definition of "Application Function" than the R12 Data Advisor provides? "The primary function the application supports" isn't very enlightening...

Application Deployment

Back Office

Or may be a short description such as:

Automated Confirmation of Transactions, etc etc!
