I have not seen a post like this on Apptio Community in the past, but our Cleveland Clinic TBM office would like to start collaborating with other organizations using Apptio. We are currently maturing our TCO & allocation strategies, specifically around Applications and Business Services. Our goal is to find other users that are willing to share their mature reports and success stories and we are willing to do the same. This would allow everyone to accelerate their model maturity and find new reports that have been proven successful at other organizations.

• Appplication Mappings - App function & Business Service Mappings
• ServiceNow Maturation
• Application Rationalization dashboard
• ITP Project Planning 
• ITP Forecasting
• Process improvement opportunities
• Cloud Maturation (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• CloudHealth Tool - Incorporating data to Apptio
