yes 11.7.0.0 is quite old, BigQuery Connector has been introduced with 11.7.1 Fix Pack 1 which is already 5 years old. The current version to which you should upgrade is 11.7.1 Fix Pack 4 Service Pack 2.
As far as I know, you don't need extra library packs or licenses.

I have been tasked to give support for an existing datastage environment, so bare with me if I'm asking questions which are maybe basic.
They are currently looking into ways how to get data from on-prem to BigQuery and want to make an integration with datastage so they can use DataStage as a source and target.
I have found that from 11.7 InfoSphere Information server there should availability of a BigQuery Connector with which I think we can accomplish this.
I have found sources online where I can actually see this BigQuery connector being used in action, but somehow in our own environment we just don't have that BigQuery connector available to use. We are currently on version 11.7.0.0.
I know this is an older version, so I'm thinking that the BigQuery Connector is only available in later versions maybe? Do I need extra library packs or licenses maybe? Could someone maybe provide some input on this? I just need a right direction in which to look for.
