Db2 Tools for zOS

We are using QMF for workstation (v12.2.0.5). It is observed that when repeatedly queries are made in the same Visual Query tab, the results are unreliable meaning the results are not accurate - fails to bring expected/matching criteria rows from the database. If a new Visual Query tab is opened and the same query is run, expected results are returned from the database. Not sure what is causing this, did anyone experience this ?

This is much annoying as the QMF for workstation results were relied very much and decisions are made. If this is a known issue, please let us know the workaround.

It sounds like a bug to me. I'd suggest you open a case with IBM Support to the QMF support team.

Hi Venkat,

You should open a case at https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US . You may have to get help from your DBAs or Db2 sysprogs in case you have not been authorized to open cases for your company.
