    I've just upgraded 12.02 to 12.03. I have a few issues

'Content -> about' shows an IBM COGNOS ANALYTICS 11.1.7 details! Bottom right is '12.0.3-2404172034' though.

'IBM Cognos Administration -> About IBM Cognos Administration' correctly shows Version 12.03

I've installed the 12.03 samples but no where can I find the new 'Team Content -> System Health' reports

Samples imports two non movable folders 'Extensions' & 'Vizualizations' Both folders are missing. I assume they are the viualization & Extended samples shown in the Samples section of the document but why haven't they installed and why can't you move them to a different location. It's possible that they are both missing from the 12.03 samples package?

'Content -. Personal menu' does not show the new 'Download settings'

I am a Cognos System Administrator

Hi @Trevor Fyfe - did you do an over the top install by chance?  If yes, have a look at this technote as it should address your issue.

    Hi Trevor,

The "Health" reports are in the Audit_samples.zip file.

The default location of the audit samples deployment IBM_Cognos_Audit.zip is installation_location/samples/Audit_samples.

The following new sample audit reports are located in Team content > Samples > By feature > Audit > System health.

Regarding the download menu, it is disabled by default. You need to enable this feature, here is the link to the documentation:

    Downloading settings

    Best regards,
