You're right! I just wasn't patient enough :-( It takes some time before the dashboards loads for the first time after deleting the tabwidget from the customizations.

I'm in the migration phase from CA 11.1.7 to 12.0.3 ant the moment and I set up a fresh CA12 environment without the extensions from CA 11.1 and imported some dashboards which use the tab widget. Seems like they have been migrated to the "Nested Dashboard" functionality automatically (during import?). They work just fine with the new version.

We recently migrated from Cognos 11.2.2 to Cognos 12.0.3. In out previous version we frequently used the tabwidget to show widgets with tabs in our dashboards.
In the new version, this widget still works, but a simular functionality 'Nested Dashboards' has been added to Cognos. Is it possible to replace the "Tabbed Widgets" in our dashboards with "Nested Dashboards" by means of e.g. a search and replace in the dashboard's XML? We are worried that in a future upgrade the tabbed widget will stop working.
