Cognos Analytics

I am creating a new dashboard in cognos (version 11.2.0) and when I try to add a second tab, I get a string of characters instead of a dashboard page/template. 

One of our existing dashboards also seems to load the first tab fine, but the second and third tabs remain blank. Has anyone else had issues with additional tabs not loading?

Did you try with another browser, in private mode? Or with another user?

You might also want to run Cognos Analytics with customized extensions and views disabled. To do this (just for a test), start Cognos Analytics by typing the URL:

<webserver_name>:<port_number>/bi/?factoryMode=true.

Cognos Analytics will start with all extensions disabled. You can create a new dashboard and try again to add a new tab to see if it solves your issue.

I tried multiple browsers and private mode in each with the same result. I had a colleague do the same and they got the same result. 

I tried the URL you provided (and inserted my institution's info) and got the error below.
