Is Cloud version or SAAS model of Cognos Analytics available, what is the road of the same.

Yes. IBM hosts a Cognos SaaS instance with a free trial.

Roadmap is very similar to the full product roadmap. Very large product, if there is a specific component or flow you are interested in, please clarify.

There are two SAAS offerings of Cognos Analytics currently. The one Jonah mentioned is the "On Cloud On-Demand" offering, which is a shared multi-tenant setup that you can subscribe to use (and also has the 30-day free trial). It has a limited set of data source connections available, and not all functionality is supported (for example, scheduling reports and setting up jobs isn't yet included).

The other SAAS offering is the "On Cloud Hosted" offering, which is a dedicated SAAS instance of Cognos Analytics specifically for your organization (so it's not shared/multi-tenant). This has the full set of data source connections and full functionality.
