  • 1.  Relinking package in Dashboard

    Hi All,

    I am trying to relink the package in the dashboard. However, after relinking, I am encountering an <id.ES> icon under the source in the dashboard.

    Does anyone have any ideas on how to rectify this issue?

    Hi Pavtihra, this issue has been fixed in Cognos 12, and most recently in 11.2.4 FP4 PH59958: RE-LINKING PACKAGE CONTAINING A CUSTOM DASHBOARD CALCULATION CREATES INDELIBLE EMPTY FOLDER (ibm.com)

    If neither of these is an option, the only other success I've had is using Ctrl + / + q to crack open the Dashboard json and manually remove it. Look for the reference to <ID:ES> and manually delete it. See image attached.
