I opened a case (TS016391098) and confirmed it was a wrong web tier property setting issue which required a change and restart of the web tier. This is something that only IBM can do since the web tier configuration on the cloud is only accessible by IBM Support.

Hey Stuart,
RE: Spelling, why do you think I am in IT instead of an English Teacher!? :-D
RE: The error message is very consistent. It doesn't matter what cube (Control or User-defined). I even attempted this using Edge and received the same error results. Additionally Edge is missing the "Add New View" option in the cube's context menu with only a double-click available to open a cube view.
I followed the instructions for obtaining the HAR file. However, I received this message upon attempting to upload the HAR file:
Must be a supported file. Unable to upload.

How can I get this HAR file to you?
This is beginning to feel more like a support ticket.
Let me know if I should open one and transfer it under support.

Hi Christopher,
That is a shameful spelling error! I will ask development to fix that.
Can you easily reproduce this error? It would help to capture a browser trace (you can get a HAR file in Chrome following this process: https://support.google.com/admanager/answer/10358597?hl=en) to see more detail about the problem. Workspace 2.0.96 was released on cloud yesterday, you might want to test again just in case it's a defect we have already addressed.

I receive this vague error message when attempting to save a workbench (complete with mis-spelling): "Error occured while saving workbench".
This is on IBM Cloud version 2.0.95.
How do I resolve this error and successfully save the Workbench?
