    Hello, 

    I am enrolled in the Data Visualization and Dashboards with Excel and Cognos course on Coursera and I am trying to complete one of the hands-on labs that requires the use of Cognos Analytics. It has been longer than 72 hours since I initiated my Cognos trial activation but it is still showing "Activation in progress," so I am not able to complete it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
